Everyone goes through altered states before falling asleep or while 'daydreaming' so most of us can enter hypnotic relaxation easily, provided we want to and feel comfortable with the process.

Practical hypnosis and hypnotherapy is a scientifically verified and effective tool and when used therapeutically combines a cognitive counselling approach with subconscious healing techniques. Fully conscious and in control the whole time we'll be helped to explore our issues freely and use our own inner resources to bring about positive change and achieve realistic goals.
